HOW TO ADJUST YOUR JUMP ROPE:
* Place your jump rope on the ground and stand with your feet lying on the midpoint of the rope.
* Pull the handles of the rope up to your chest. It should be taut and even on both sides. To begin with, it is better to measure longer rather than shorter, as you may shorten the rope if necessary. It should not reach further than your shoulders.
*Once you have reached the desired length, move the screws up to the adjusted end and tighten.
* For a permanent adjustment, cut the excess ends of the rope with wire cutters and replace rubber tip to prevent fraying.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to tighten the screws properly to ensure they wont come loose while jumping.
