Okay so let me just tell you guys that i am loving Amara! It is a sports drink packed with so many vitamins and nutrients. I had a drink before my workout and i felt so energized. I also love the bottle itself, its in such a cute adorable bottle you cant get bored while drinking it. Amara is made with fruit and electrolytes, its 30 calories (PER BOTTLE)and has raw unprocessed ingredients. I personally suggest you guys to try a bottle and see if this is the one for you because it is for me! I definitely love to workout and after drinking Amara i see a huge difference in my performance in working out.
